Who is the service intended for?
The service is intended for anyone who wants to accumulate crypto currency on a monthly basis without dealing with the process of buying coins every month.
How do I make a direct debit?
You should contact your bank and open a direct debit for Bits of Gold. After doing so, send us the bank confirmation and the wallet address you'd like us to send your coins to each month.
When will the coins be sent to my wallet?
The rates are locked on the 15th of every month at 12:00 and the coins will be sent to your digital wallet address on the same day, after the rate has been locked. If the 15th falls on a holiday or on Sunday, your rate will be locked on the next business day.
Can I change the amount at the direct debit?
Yes, you can change the amount at the direct debit by notifying us of such, and by sending us the new bank reference.
Can I cancel the direct debit?
Yes, you can cancel the direct debit at any stage until one business day prior to the next transfer.
