How do I make a direct debit?
You should contact your bank and open a direct debit for Bits of Gold. After doing so, send us the bank confirmation and the wallet address you'd like us to send your coins to each month.
When will the coins be sent to my wallet?
The rate is locked once the funds are received in the company's bank account (according to the date of the direct order defined in the bank). The coins will be sent to your wallet address during the business day.
Can I change the amount at the direct debit?
Yes, you can change the amount at the direct debit by notifying us of such, and by sending us the new bank reference.
Can I cancel the direct debit?
Yes, you can cancel the direct debit at any stage until one business day prior to the next transfer.
